Job Description:

Our company is currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Quality Control Coordinator. This position will be responsible for order completion review, product inspection, managing incoming/outgoing shipments of raw material and customer orders, as well as inventory control based out of our welding shop.

Responsibilities:

Review order pecific requirements as per customer purchase order and drawings
Inspect completed orders for quality and accuracy
Prepare completed orders for shipping and verify packing slip details
Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against packing slips
Inspect material for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly
Safely unload materials using forklifts, cranes, or other equipment
Organize and store materials in designated yard and warehouse locations
Perform inventory counts
Ensure proper labeling and identification of all materials
Follow all safety procedures and company policies, including proper handling of materials

Qualifications:

Previous experience working in the welding and fabrication/manufacturing industry is an asset
Ability to interpret drawings with strong attention to detail
Ability to review and interpret shipping/receiving documents with accuracy
Ability to drive a forklift
Excellent organizational, time management skills and ability to multi-task
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Able to communicate effectively with team members and understand instructions, and follow directions
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
Physical stamina and ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
