Summary

Join our team as a Vegetable Farm Worker in our greenhouse located in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring the quality and timely production of vegetable transplants, supporting our mission to provide top-quality plants to farmers nationwide.

Responsibilities

Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
Clean work area
Report signs of insect or disease damage
Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings
Assist in grafting activities
Perform general labouring duties
May operate machinery and do other farm duties as trained and required

Work conditions and physical capabilities

Fast-paced environment
Repetitive tasks
Physically demanding
Standing for extended periods
Bending, crouching, kneeling
Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Education

No Degree, certificate or diploma required

Qualifications

Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting up to 50lbs.
Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
No experience needed
Willing to Train
