Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive sales growth in a competitive environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and contribute to the company's success through proactive business development and account management. This is a hands on role that requires attending customer sites to physically measure conveyors and assist in providing a scope of work and is therefore more suited to people comfortable in steel toe boots and safety glasses, who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.

Duties

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking within target markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively, aligning with company policies and client expectations
Develop strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team targets
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
Provide insights and feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business strategies
Lead or participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, and account management
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations
