CHACO'S is seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven Front of House Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
We are a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant operating in a shared tip pool environment where teamwork, guest service, and positive attitudes are essential. We're looking for a leader who thrives on developing people, creating memorable guest experiences, and building a strong restaurant culture.
What You'll Do
As our Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for leading all front-of-house operations, including:
- Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding front-of-house staff
- Training and developing all FOH positions including hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Creating weekly schedules and managing labour costs
- Coaching team members and maintaining high service standards
- Leading pre-shift meetings and ongoing staff development
- Managing daily front-of-house operations
- Working closely with ownership and kitchen leadership to ensure smooth service
- Handling guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational standards throughout the restaurant
- Restaurant, Food Truck and Catering inquiries and bookings
Guest Experience Leadership

The successful candidate will take ownership of the entire guest experience and will be expected to:
- Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome when they arrive
- Personally visit every table during service to check on guest satisfaction
- Build relationships with regular guests and create memorable dining experiences
- Address guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Maintain a visible presence in the dining room throughout service
- Ensure every guest is acknowledged and thanked before leaving
- Lead the team in creating an environment where guests feel valued, appreciated, and eager to return
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant leadership or management experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling staff
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
