Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Floral Clerk, where your passion for flowers and gifts, and customer service will blossom! In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face guiding customers through our beautiful floral selections, ensuring they find the perfect arrangements for every occasion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your love of flowers with retail sales, all while delivering exceptional service in a lively environment.

Duties

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Floral Clerk & Processor to join our team. You will handle daily flower care, assist customers with purchases, and ensure our shop stays beautiful and organized.

Manage inventory levels through merchandising, stock replenishment, and proper product labeling
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Collaborate with team members to ensure the store remains organized, clean, and inviting for shoppers
Clean workstations, sweep floors, and keep display coolers fully stocked.

Qualifications

Prior experience in retail sales or floral merchandising is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for gardening and plants is essential
Strong communication skills in English
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering responsibilities
Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain attractive displays
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service
