The mission of Northpoint Commercial Finance is to support business productivity by facilitating the acquisition, sale and refinancing of equipment. To do so, we partner with manufacturers, distributors, retailers, equipment users and the various financial players in the market. Recognized for its excellent service, proximity and simplicity, Northpoint Commercial Finance is proud to serve local communities across Canada. Our partners are supported by teams specializing in the following sectors: transportation and construction, technology and office equipment, manufacturing, franchising and corporate aviation.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant field combined with 5-8 years of commercial lending experience with an emphasis on equipment financing and leasing;
- Proven track record in business development and deal negotiation;
- Experience analyzing financial statements;
- Understanding of transportation/construction equipment, including makes, models, and valuations;
- Full understanding of lease and loan structures and products, and how to promote such products to match customer needs;
- Proven ability to structure financial transactions;
- Verifiable presentation and written communication skills;
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver in a timely manner;
- Exceptional team player who demonstrates integrity in dealings with all stakeholders.
