Description de poste
Supervision et rendement

Responsable de superviser, de gérer la charge de travail des techniciens et le flux de travail des techniciens des PS.

Au quotidien et dans la zone géographique, assurez-vous de la conformité au système des PS de l’acceptation à l’achèvement.

Examiner et approuver les remplacements d’équipement tout en s’assurant que tout le dépannage nécessaire a été épuisé.

Performance à la conformité aux indicateurs de clé de performance (KPI) et rapport sur les indicateurs des KPI PS.

Maintenir et contrôler l’inventaire des pièces, en suivant les directives de l’entreprise pour les commandes et le ravitaillement.

Entretenez le véhicule de l’entreprise de façon sécuritaire et appropriée. Respectez les règles et règlements applicables au Code de sécurité routière.

Responsable des pièces en consignation pour les techniciens internes et les PS

Gérer la charge de travail de l’équipe et assister les FSM lors de l’intégration des partenaires de service (PS)
Encadrement/Planification
-
Déléguez les tâches et fixez des échéances au sein de l’équipe.
-
Veiller à ce que l’exécution des activités de service respecte toutes les procédures opérationnelles standard et soit exécutée conformément à toutes les politiques et processus en vigueur.
-
Effectuer du dépannage (à distance ou sur place) pour les réparations, la programmation, l’installation et l’entretien préventif de l’équipement de café/boissons sur le terrain.
-
Assurer la formation pour les PS dans la zone géographique et s’assurer que les indicateurs de formation sont maintenus.
-
Effectuer des activités de service planifiées et non planifiées, y compris des visites de service, des salons alimentaires, des événements, des installations et des retraits de l’équipement.
-
Établir les horaires de travail sur appel en rotation, pour soi-même et son équipe de techniciens, afin d’assurer aux clients un service après les heures de travail et pendant les fins de semaine et les fins de semaine fériées. La fréquence du travail sur appel sera déterminée en fonction du nombre de techniciens travaillant dans une zone géographique donnée. Un technicien sur appel doit porter sur lui un dispositif de communication fourni par l’entreprise et être accessible en tout temps pendant cette période.

Fourchette salariale :
Traitement annuel de 64 000 $ à 91 000 $

Position Summary:

Assist Field Service Manager (FSM) with insuring all standard operating procedures are executed in compliance with all published policies and processes.

Provide technical, administrative and general support to technicians and Service Partners (SP) in their assigned geographic area(s).
-
Provides training for technicians and Service Partners (SP) with policy, process and technical aspects of the job.
-
Point of contact for Support Center or installation coordinators. Responsible for performing equipment installations and movements, preventative maintenance, parts ordering, service repairs work on coffee/beverage dispensing equipment for a designated customer base
Essential Job Functions Summary:
Monitor & Performance
-
Responsible for supervising and managing technician and SP workload and Workflow.
-
On a daily basis and within geographical areas, ensure SP system compliance from acceptance to completion
-
System support
-
Review and Approve equipment replacements while ensuring all necessary troubleshooting has been exhausted
-
Performance to KPI compliance and report on SP KPI metrics.
-
Maintain and control spare parts inventory, following company guidelines for order and replenishment
-
Maintain company vehicle in safe and appropriate manner. Follow rules and regulations as pertains to the highway Safety Code.
-
Responsible for consignment parts for internal techs and SP
-
Manage team workload and assist FSM in Service Partners (SP) onboarding
Coaching/Planning
-
Delegate tasks and set deadlines within team
-
Ensure performance of service activities meets all Standard Operating Procedures and are executed in compliance with all published policies and processes.

Perform troubleshooting (remote or onsite) for repairs, programming, installations, and preventive maintenance on Coffee/beverage equipment in the field
-
Train SP within geographical area and ensure training metrics are maintained
-
Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities including service calls, Food shows events, installations, and removals.
-
Required to schedule and participate in ‘’On Call’’ service rotation with other Service Technicians, providing after hours and weekend/long weekend service to customers. ‘’On call’’ service rotation frequency will be determined with the number of technicians working for the region and technician is expected to carry company issued communication device and be accessible during this time.
Communication

Travel to customer sites, develop and maintain good customer relations, capable of interacting with customers and staff, offering assistance and training where needed, ensuring the company is always represented in a positive and professional manner.

Create an inspiring team environment with cross functional teams and with an open communication base on the Smucker basic beliefs
Qualifications:

High School Diploma. Diploma of College Studies (DCS)is preferred but not required
-
Bilingual (French/English Excellent oral and written communication) & leadership skills

Decision-making skills

Good Microsoft Windows & computer skills
-
3 years of technical experience:
-
Electrical and/or plumbing experience preferred, appliance repair, refrigeration
-
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (23kg)

Valid driver’s licence and clean driver record - background check will be conducted by Smucker 3rd party vendor
-
Must be willing/able to participate in “On Call” rotation and Food show events as scheduled and do overtime if need it

Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and make job related decisions

Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision

Daily work Arrangements:

60% driving within assigned territory

30% onsite work+ remote support

10% office work.

Long distance travel (may include overnight) 1-2 weeks per year.

Salary Range:
$64,000 - $91,000 annually
