Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Fast Food Attendant and be the friendly face that delivers quick, quality service to our valued customers! Duties

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and freshness.
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Take customer orders at the counter or drive-thru with a friendly attitude, providing excellent service from start to finish.
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for register balances.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
Upsell menu items by suggesting additional products or combos to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Assist in food industry tasks such as food safety practices, proper food handling, and adhering to sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for all.

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, serving, or food industry roles with a strong understanding of restaurant operations.
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during busy periods.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests.
Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order totals.
Experience in cashiering or cash handling within a restaurant or retail setting is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is advantageous for understanding food prep and safety protocols.
