As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Sales Admin to join the MSP Corp. East team.
About the Role
As a Junior Sales Admin, will work with the sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to help with the flow of orders and opportunities within the organization. They will be working primarily with several sales representatives to enter new opportunities in the CRM tool, update and keep track of any changes and close out the opportunities. They will be assisting with quoting clients and placing orders, as well as keeping clients informed of the status of their orders.

What You Will Do

Creating opportunities in the CRM tool.

Working with the sales representatives to keep the opportunities up to date.

Documenting any changes within opportunities.

Creating Reports from the CRM Tool.

Creating quotes for clients.
-
Keeping clients up to date on the status of quotes and orders.

Working with various suppliers to place orders, check on order status.

Relaying any client questions to the appropriate departments (finance, sales, operations)

Entering new marketing leads in the CRM tool.

Updating and reporting on the leads to the Marketing team.
What We Are Looking For

Strong organisation and attention to detail

Good communication and customer service skills

Comfortable with Excel/CRM tools

Bilingualism in French and English is required, as our clients are located across Canada.
Communication with clients and vendors outside the province will be frequent; therefore, strong written and spoken English skills are required.
