Nous recherchons un Cuisinier/Préparateur de cuisine dédié et passionné pour rejoindre notre équipe culinaire. Ce rôle est essentiel pour garantir le bon fonctionnement et l'efficacité de notre cuisine. Responsabilités

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety and handling, along with experience in meal preparation within a restaurant environment. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dishes to our guests while maintaining the standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Duties

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring food items.
Assist in the cooking process by following recipes and instructions from the head chef.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items.
Ensure all food safety standards are met, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
Passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques in meal preparation.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
