Our Chef is looking for to add some talented cooks to our already talented crew!

We're looking for experience and passion. A hard worker and effective communicator.

We’re looking for someone who wants to be a part our great local business. We are a scratch kitchen. If you like to cook and are good at it... our kitchen is where you want to be.

We're looking for cooks with a minimum of 1 year experience in professional / production kitchens who are effective communicators.

Striving to foster unforgettable gatherings for friends, families, and neighbours to revel in the perfect blend of craft beer, BBQ, and authentic Italian pizza.

Responsibilities include:

Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Drifter Brew Co.

· Responsible for all kitchen functions including preparation and maintenance of quality standards, preparation, plate presentation, portion, cost control, and sanitation and cleanliness.

Open or Closing Kitchen
Following all recipes and preparation items to specifications.
Prepare and cook foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
Keeping stations professional, clean and sanitary.
Follow appropriate food handling practices at all times in the kitchen and throughout the restaurant.
Responsible for following appropriate cleaning schedules for kitchen floors, mats, walls, hoods, kitchen equipment and food storage areas.
Dress the part, including all safety and required dress and footwear.
Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement.
Be professional in all interactions with staff and guests.
Lead by example.
