Summary
Join Milo Electric and Plumbing as an Asset & Shop Coordinator in Red Deer. In this vital role, you will support our operations by managing assets and coordinating shop activities to ensure seamless project execution. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service with integrity.

Responsibilities
Oversee inventory management and asset tracking to ensure availability and optimal utilization
Coordinate shop activities to support project timelines and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with procurement teams to manage material handling and logistics
Maintain accurate records of equipment and supplies.
Assist in process improvements related to asset handling and shop workflows.
Support logistics related to shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
Ensure compliance with safety standards during all operations.
Communicate effectively with project teams to align on priorities

Qualifications

Proven experience in asset management or shop coordination within the trades or construction industry.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge for fixing tools
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Knowledge of procurement processes is preferred.
Familiarity with inventory systems or Hilti Tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license is required
