About Scorpium Inc.

Scorpium Inc. is a direct sales company based in North York, partnered with Fiserv/Clover in business payment technology and HelloFresh, one of the largest meal-kit brands in the world. All of our sales are done face-to-face, with business owners across the GTA on our Clover campaign, and with employees inside workplaces on our HelloFresh campaign.

We are hiring Field Sales Representatives for both campaigns. Each representative is hired into one campaign, you'll tell us which one interests you during the phone screen, or we'll help you find the best fit.

Please note: This is a 100% commission-based position with weekly payouts. Earnings are variable and based entirely on individual performance. Please only apply if you are comfortable with commission-based compensation.

The Two Campaigns

Option 1 — Clover / Merchant Processing (B2B Setter)

You'll work in the field daily, meeting local business owners; restaurants, retailers, and service providers and introducing them to Clover POS and Fiserv payment solutions. Your role is to open doors, qualify merchants, and generate opportunities for our closing team. This campaign is the starting point for our closer and leadership track.

Option 2 — HelloFresh Workplace Activation (Direct Closer)

You'll present HelloFresh directly to employees inside offices, warehouses, and retail locations during the workday. You manage the full conversation from introduction to enrollment, no handoff. This campaign offers a fast sales cycle with daily results.

Responsibilities

Clover campaign:

Prospect and engage business owners face-to-face in assigned GTA territories
Introduce Clover POS and identify merchant needs
Generate qualified leads for the closing team
Maintain consistent daily field activity and pipeline

HelloFresh campaign:

Secure workplace access and engage employees during breaks and shifts
Present the offer and complete enrollments on the spot
Meet daily and weekly enrollment targets across multiple locations

Both campaigns:

Participate in structured onboarding and daily field mentorship
Represent Scorpium, Fiserv/Clover, and HelloFresh professionally
Advance into closing or leadership roles based on performance

Compensation

100% commission with weekly payouts
Top performers earn $800–$2,000+ per week; earnings are not capped
Advancement based on performance: rep → closer → leadership (Clover) or rep → team lead (HelloFresh)
This is a commission-only role. Individual results vary and income is not guaranteed.

Requirements

Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
Reliable vehicle for daily field travel across the GTA
Strong verbal communication and comfort speaking with new people
Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Prior sales or customer-facing experience is an asset but not required, full training is provided
