Your Responsibilities
Sales Development
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned industry segment.
- Build a robust sales pipeline through existing customers, prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Present tailored products and value-driven solutions to potential clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct on-site visits to understand client needs, operations, and opportunities.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting, and follow-ups.
Product Expertise
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Uniking’s product offerings and their applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging market opportunities.
Territory Management
- Implement a strategic sales approach tailored to your territory’s unique needs.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Director.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Share customer feedback to contribute to product and process enhancements.
Role Structure
- Reporting To: Sales Director
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Lead generation and conversion rates.
- Client retention and satisfaction scores.
- Progress in training milestones and product knowledge.
- Revenue contribution and territory growth.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B outside sales or a related role.
- Proven ability to negotiate, communicate, and present effectively.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results oriented.
- A collaborative team player with an upbeat attitude and a drive to grow.
Education
High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
