Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaning Technician to join our professional cleaning team. This role involves providing high-quality window cleaning services for commercial and residential clients, ensuring their properties are spotless and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and reliable transportation. This position offers opportunities for growth within the facilities and maintenance fields, emphasizing customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

Clean windows on commercial and residential buildings using appropriate tools and techniques
Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
Heavy lifting of ladders, cleaning equipment, or supplies to access high or hard-to-reach windows
Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
Follow safety protocols at all times during work at heights or in elevated positions

Requirements

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights safely using ladders
Good physical stamina for extended periods of standing, reaching, and manual labor
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients
Reliable transportation or valid driver’s license is a plus for traveling between job sites

Pay: $150.00-$250.00 per day
