We are looking for a Finance & Insurance Manager who’s ready to take the wheel and make a real impact. At Steele Chevrolet, you won’t just be moving paper, you’ll be helping people move forward. At Steele Chevrolet, we believe in building relationships, not just closing deals. As our Finance & Insurance Manager, you will help guide customers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives. From navigating financing options to explaining warranty packages, you will play a key role in delivering an experience that is personal, smooth, and stress-free.
Compensation: 100% commission, with earning potential of up to $100,000+ annually
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as the bridge between lenders and clients, securing the best financing solutions for every unique situation.
- Process lease and finance deals efficiently and accurately.
- Present insurance, warranties, and protection options in a way that adds confidence and value.
- Keep our sales team sharp with the latest on finance programs and offerings.
- Ensure all client documentation is clean, clear, and compliant.
What You Bring:
- A strong sales background and a passion for helping people
- Previous F&I or automotive sales/finance experience
- A working knowledge of prime, subprime, and non-traditional lending
- Confidence in reading credit reports and guiding customers through financial decisions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
