In this key customer-facing role, you will provide a broad range of administrative, financial, safety, and operational support while serving as a trusted resource for employees, leaders, customers, and vendors. - College Diploma or University degree in Office/Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, with a preference for manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills, enabling effective multitasking.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make informed decisions.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll processes is advantageous.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing changing priorities and deadlines.
