Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize production schedules, to meet delivery targets and operational efficiency
Oversee and coordinate drafting schedules in alignment with production timelines
Monitor workflow from design through fabrication to ensure adherence to deadlines
Act as a liaison between internal departments (engineering, drafting, production, procurement) to ensure seamless execution
Communicate with clients regarding project status, timelines, and changes.
Manage and prioritize client requests, ensuring expectations and deadlines are met
Forecast completion dates based on capacity, resources, and workflow constraints
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase productivity

Required Qualifications

Strong background in production scheduling and planning
Proven experience in a manufacturing facility. Preferably in an aluminum or metal fabrication environment or similar..
Experience managing both drafting and production workflows.
Excellent coordination and communication skills across teams and with clients
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
