Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and professional Licensed Hairstylist to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hair styling, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for clients. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your creativity while building lasting client relationships in a dynamic setting.

Duties

Provide a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and special styles tailored to client preferences
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their needs and recommend suitable services or products
Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
Foster a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews

Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and salon industry best practices through ongoing education experiance.

Valid Hairstylist or Barber License required
Proven experience in hair styling within a salon environment preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon setting
Ability to effectively upsell products while maintaining excellent communication skills
Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
