ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced HR leader with strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex employee and organizational matters. You bring a collaborative approach and the confidence to guide leaders, support employees, and strengthen firm culture.
Key Qualifications & Attributes

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fi eld.
CPHR / CHRL designation preferred.
Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience at a senior or Director level.
Experience in a professional services or partnership environment is an asset.
Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
Strong judgment, political acumen, and ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups

Knowledge Skills & Attributes

A proven track record in working collaboratively as a member of a team.
Ability to effectively work with decision makers to achieve solutions to unique and complex problem.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters diplomatically and discreetly; and proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
Administrative and human resource management skills;
Experience with Dayforce and Manulife is considered an asset.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with several Staffing Committees and the Management Team; the Director serves as both a strategic advisor and an operational leader. The role supports the fi rm’s long term growth while proactively mitigating employment, cultural, and organizational risk across a multi office law firm.
