We are looking to hire a labourer immediately. If hired, you'll gain experience in the skills of our craft quickly, and your hourly wage will increase accordingly.

- We are looking for a labourer; however, if you fall into the skilled labourer position and have more experience and are interested in working with us, please apply.
- Starting wage is not fixed to $20-25/hr. It depends on experience, skills and enthusiasm for Landscape construction. Skilled labourer would start at $25-30/hr.
For example, our last hire, earlier this year, started at $23/hr and went up to $25/hr by 2pm in the afternoon of day one because he showed some valuable experience and focused hard work. At three months in, his wage increased to $28/hr because he had improved immensely and took on more responsibility and ownership of his work.
We want to keep and reward excellent employees, so we are incentivized to increase your hourly rate accordingly.

- Punctuality - this is important because we, as a team, rely on each other.
- Desire to work hard and consistently push a project forward.
- Driven to learn and grow in your skills and knowledge.
- A sincere interest in quality in every detail and building beautiful landscapes
What we offer our employees:

If you do excellent work and cover all the basics, like showing up on time, having a positive attitude and consistently working hard, your pay will increase at the same rate.
What you will be doing while working with us:
- Carpentry - Decks, Fences, Pergolas, Roof Structures, Concrete Forming.
- Masonry - Flagstone patios and walkways, Water Features, Boulder Placement and retaining walls, Retaining Walls, Stone Facing, Stair Risers.
- Hardscape - Pavers, Concrete Block Walls, 4x4 or 6x6 Retaining Walls, Poured Concrete Walls and Flatwork.
- Softscape - Installation of new gardens, modifying and improving existing gardens, and Landscape Maintenance.
- Irrigation and landscape lighting installations.
- Water features, ponds, etc.
Your starting hourly wage will be determined based on experience, skill level, and enthusiasm. Raises are based on length of employment and increases in ability and responsibility.
The majority of our work is in North and West Vancouver; we also work in Vancouver, Burnaby, and beyond for special projects. We've worked on Bowen Island, Eagle Island, and the Sunshine Coast.
*For any project outside of a 30-minute drive from North Vancouver, employees get paid for travel time.
