Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Real Estate Photographer to capture high-quality images of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for composition, lighting, and staging to showcase properties in the best possible way. This role offers an exciting opportunity for creative professionals passionate about real estate, photography, and visual storytelling to contribute to marketing efforts and help clients sell or lease their properties effectively.

Duties

Photograph interior and exterior spaces of various properties, ensuring each shot highlights key features and appeal
Edit and enhance photos using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop to achieve professional quality images
Collaborate with real estate agents, property managers, and clients to understand specific photography requirements
Manage scheduling to ensure timely delivery of images for marketing campaigns and listings
Maintain photography equipment, ensuring cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories are in optimal condition
Organize digital files systematically for easy access and distribution

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop for photo editing
Strong understanding of lighting techniques, composition, and staging for real estate photography
Excellent attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
Knowledge of real estate marketing trends is a plus
Reliable transportation and ability to access various property locations promptly

This position is ideal for creative individuals who are passionate about capturing stunning visuals that help clients showcase their properties effectively. The role requires technical skills in photo editing software combined with a professional approach to client service.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in St. Catharines, ON L2M 6S2
