Barry Cullen Chevrolet Cadillac is looking for an experienced Finance Manager who already knows how to perform in the F&I office and wants a team that will let them do their best work. This is a role for a current finance professional, not someone learning the desk. You understand menu selling, you know the lenders, and you treat compliance as a given rather than an afterthought. What You Can Earn
This is a commission-based role built to reward a strong closer. Your earnings are tied directly to the products you sell, supported by a weekly draw and a monthly vehicle allowance. This role offers genuine six-figure earning potential for proven performers. Earnings are performance-based and your results will be your own, but for the right person the opportunity here is real.
You will also receive two weeks vacation and enrollment in our group insurance plan after probation.
What You Will Do
- Present every customer with the full menu of finance and insurance products, every time, using a consistent and transparent process
- Structure and secure customer financing by working closely with our lending partners and finance centres
- Review credit applications and contracts carefully for accuracy and completeness before they go out the door
- Prepare all documentation, contracts, registration, funding, and submissions tied to each sale or lease
- Stay current on manufacturer programs, rebates, financing, leasing, and incentives
- Keep customers and the sales team informed on delivery progress so nothing stalls
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, manufacturer finance centres, and third party vendors
- Handle the occasional customer concern with professionalism and a genuine focus on a good outcome
- Work in full compliance with OMVIC and all applicable regulations at all times
What We Are Looking For
- Current experience as an automotive Finance Manager with a demonstrated record of success selling F&I products
- A valid OMVIC licence (required)
- A genuine, customer-first approach and the interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly
- Sharp attention to detail and comfort working with contracts and high dollar amounts
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own workflow independently
- Solid comfort with dealership software and general technology
- A professional demeanour and a team-first attitude
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
Experience That Stands Out

- A proven track record in automotive sales

- Experience with Quorum DMS
- Experience with RouteOne and DealerTrack
