Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Siding Installer to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various types of siding materials on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Measure and cut siding materials accurately using hand tools, power tools, and saws.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying caulking or weatherproofing as needed.
Install siding materials such as vinyl, wood, fiber cement, or metal on exterior walls according to specifications.
Coordinate with other trades such as carpentry, masonry, electrical, or plumbing teams to ensure seamless project completion.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make adjustments as needed to meet client expectations.

Requirements

Proven experience in siding installation or related construction trades preferred.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in siding installation.
Knowledge of construction estimating, framing, carpentry, caulking, restoration, cabinet installation, painting, concrete finishing, plumbing, masonry, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights safely.
Valid driver’s license preferred for transportation between job sites.
