Your Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for the management of project proposals, plans, budgets, and project reporting throughout the project life cycle. The role requires a sound working knowledge of the technical specifications and standards used throughout the commercial, industrial and institutional construction industry.

Qualifications

Mechanical engineering or technical background with a minimum of three years’ experience in project management.
Minimum five years of experience in a mechanical industrial/commercial environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, project documentation, drawings, and specifications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with P6, Procore, Build Ops and project scheduling tools is an asset.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
