There are two sides to every car deal: the sale and the financing. Most people in this business only ever learn one. They sell, or they structure the financing.
At Ezee Credit, you learn both.
We work with customers who've been told "no" everywhere else — rough credit, a bankruptcy, a divorce that wiped them out. Life happened, and other dealerships showed them the door. Our job is to sit down with them, figure out what's actually possible, and get them back on the road. Doing that well means owning the sale and the financing, start to finish — which is exactly what you'll do here.
Whether you're brand new to the business or you've been working a floor for a decade and you're tired of only owning half the deal, keep reading.
The Work
- Sit across from customers, understand their situation, and match them to the right vehicle and the right financing
- Structure and submit credit applications across multiple lending partners
- Walk customers through the entire deal — from the first handshake to handing over the keys
- Earn repeat business and referrals (a big chunk of ours comes from customers who came back or sent a friend)
- Sharpen both sides of your game — sales and finance — alongside leadership who've done this for 35+ years and still work the desk
Who Does Well Here
This role works for two kinds of people.
If you're new to the business — good. Bring the drive and the willingness to learn, and we'll teach you a skill set most people in this industry never fully develop. Here's the catch: you need killer sales skills to be considered. Only apply if you have demonstrated sales ability.
If you've been doing this a while — even better. If you're tired of being capped, micromanaged, or stuck order-taking on a franchise floor while the finance office makes the real money, this is where you take the whole deal into your own hands. We'll respect what you already know and what you've been missing.
Either way, you'll need to be:
- Self-driven — nobody here hovers over your shoulder, and nobody wants to
- Fair to everyone — the single mom financing a minivan gets the same respect and energy as anyone else who walks in, no exceptions
- Quick to build trust — in this business, trust is the whole game
We pay for results, not for tenure or for warming a chair. Show up, do the work, take care of people, and you'll do well here — whether this is year one or year twenty.
What You Get
- A pay plan that rewards what you produce — the more you sell and the better you get at structuring deals, the more you earn
- The finance skillset to back it up: learning to structure and place deals directly raises what you're worth, here or anywhere
- Real mentorship from leadership who still work the desk — not absentee owners who talk a big game
- A small, tight team where what you do actually moves the needle — you're not a number here
- The backing of a business that's been part of the London, Ontario community for 35+ years
- A Consumer Choice Award–winning dealership that earned it by doing right by people, not just moving units
The Honest Part
We're not going to tell you it's easy. It isn't. This job takes real work, and some days will humble you — newcomers and veterans alike. But put the work in and you'll build something most jobs can't give you: real skills, real relationships, and a career you're actually proud of.
What You'll Need
- Valid Ontario driver's licence (G)
- Willing and able to obtain your OMVIC registration
- Experience in automotive sales or finance is a real asset — but drive and the right attitude can outweigh it
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment
- Strong communication and people skills
