The Bayshore Inn & Spa is the premier resort in Waterton. Located along the main strip and the lakefront, the Bayshore Inn and Waterton Glacier Suites house the 3 highest-rated restaurants in the Park, a Starbucks bistro, a spa, and a convention center, all in the heart of Waterton.
We are looking for a full-time Executive Sous Chef for the Thirsty Bear Kitchen + Bar.
What You’ll Do
- Be passionate about the hospitality industry
- Must be a team player with excellent time management and communication skills
- Be professional, accountable, flexible, and responsive
- Ensure consistency in the preparation of all food items for à la carte
- Maintain and enhance the food products through creative menu development and presentation
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features, and promotions
- Support colleagues to ensure all safety and sanitation policies are followed when handling food and beverages
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years minimum experience in a similar position and environment
Work well under pressure, meeting production schedules and timelines for service
Reliable, responsible, and team-focused
Strong communication and organization
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in a busy environment
Able to always stay professional and guest-focused
Maintain on-going training and development of employees
Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
