Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mobile Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mobile devices and electronic equipment. Your expertise will ensure that devices are restored to optimal working condition, providing exceptional service to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and develop your skills in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose issues with mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and related electronics using schematics and technical manuals.
Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery swaps, port repairs, and software troubleshooting with precision and care.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to disassemble and reassemble devices safely.
Conduct quality checks post-repair to ensure devices meet company standards before returning to customers.
Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and device history for tracking purposes.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes, estimated timelines, and answer any questions.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues involving electrical systems or hardware components.

Qualifications

Proven experience in mobile device repair or electronics repair is highly preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity with schematics and technical diagrams.
Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment is advantageous.
Knowledge of automotive repair, heavy equipment operation (such as excavators or forklifts), or industrial machinery is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
Familiarity with dealership environments or experience repairing farm machinery, HVAC systems, or heavy machinery is desirable.
Basic understanding of electrical systems and welding techniques can be beneficial for complex repairs.
