Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining a productive office environment while assisting in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage schedules, including calendar management and appointment setting.
Handle vendor management and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
Assist with human resources tasks, including payroll processing and employee onboarding.
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and budgeting records.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Manage phone systems and ensure professional phone etiquette.

Skills

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks.
Experience in schedule management and calendar coordination.
Familiarity with payroll systems and human resources processes.
Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and budgeting principles.
Experience with clerical tasks including filing and document organization.
