Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Conveyancing Assistantto support our legal team in managing property transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of legal procedures related to property conveyancing. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment, assisting with document preparation, client communication, and case management to ensure smooth and efficient property transfers.

Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and review of legal documents related to property transactions, including contracts and transfer deeds.
Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
Conduct analysis of case details to identify required actions and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Draft correspondence, legal notices, and other relevant documents with clarity and professionalism.
Support the team in tracking deadlines and maintaining schedules for each transaction.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining databases to facilitate efficient case management.

Experience

Previous administrative experience is preferred, especially within a legal or real estate environment.
Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication.
Familiarity with legal drafting procedures related to conveyancing is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Basic analysis skills to interpret case information accurately and identify necessary actions. This position is ideal for candidates who are meticulous, proactive, and eager to develop their career within the legal conveyancing field.
