We are seeking a Graphic Designer who combines strong traditional design skills with emerging AI-powered visualization tools to help bring our products to life across print and digital channels.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a designer who is passionate about both creative design and technology.
The Graphic AI Designer will play a critical role in managing and evolving N9NE Furniture Group’s annual 166-page product catalogue while leading the creation of photorealistic product imagery and lifestyle environments for use across websites, catalogues, advertising, email marketing, social media, and sales materials.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Product Marketing Specialist, and the broader marketing team to develop high-quality visual assets that strengthen our brands and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Design & Creative Support (50%)
· Create visual assets for:
- · Corporate marketing materials
- · Sales presentations and collateral
- · Product specification sheets
- · Point-of-sale signage
- · Email marketing campaigns
· Digital advertising
· Social media content
· Product launch campaigns
· Trade show materials
Catalogue Design & Production (40%)
- Own the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and production of N9NE Furniture Group’s annual product catalogue.
- Update product information, imagery, specifications, and layouts throughout the year.
- Continuously improve catalogue design, formatting, organization, and user experience.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across product listings, specifications, pricing, and brand standards.
- Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to support new product launches and catalogue updates
Product Visualization & AI Imagery (10%)
- Create, enhance, and manage photorealistic product imagery for furniture collections.
- Utilize AI image generation and visualization tools to develop lifestyle scenes, room environments, and product-focused creative assets.
- Edit and enhance existing product renders to improve quality, realism, and consistency.
- Work with CAD files, product specifications, and rendering assets to create compelling visual content.
- Collaborate with external visualization partners while helping build more rendering and visualization capabilities internally.
- Develop repeatable workflows for image generation, editing, and production.
- Manage and maintain organized digital asset libraries.
Qualifications
- Required
- 5+ years of graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience working with AI-powered design and image generation tools in a professional setting
- Strong understanding of print production requirements and best practices.
- Experience designing catalogues, brochures, or other large-format marketing publications.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience using tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Leonardo AI, Runway, GenSpark, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with 3D visualization, rendering, or product imagery.
- Familiarity with Blender, KeyShot, Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, or similar visualization software.
- Experience working with CAD files and product visualization workflows.
- Furniture, interior design, architectural, manufacturing, or consumer products industry experience.
- Photography, photo retouching, or studio lighting experience.

- Taken ownership of the N9NE annual catalogue and implemented meaningful improvements to design, usability, and production efficiency.
- Expanded the organization’s internal capability to create and enhance photorealistic furniture imagery.
- Improved the speed, quality, and consistency of visual asset creation across all marketing channels.
- Developed scalable workflows that leverage AI and visualization technology to increase efficiency.
- Reduced reliance on external creative resources where appropriate while maintaining exceptional creative quality.
- Become a trusted creative partner to marketing, product, and sales teams across the organization.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
