Pembina Hills School Division requires a Regular Full Time Educational Assistant for Swan Hills School. This assignment will begin August 27, 2026 and will end June 25, 2027.
The successful candidate must be a self-directed team player who is interested in providing support and encouragement to a range of students from Early Learning to Grade 12
. Hours of work will be 6.5 hours per day, 5 days per week following the school alternate calendar.

Additional Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience supporting students with behavior difficulties
- Experience supporting students with developmental delays
- Preference will be given to applicants with an understanding of childhood development
- A clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a program assistant
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students and adults
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a school team in an inclusive environment
- Enthusiastic and motivated to help students succeed
