In this energetic role, you'll ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, dishes, and utensils, supporting our culinary team to deliver exceptional food service. Responsibilities

Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper techniques and cleaning agents
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards
Assist with organizing and storing clean items in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff
Support the kitchen team by handling food prep tasks as needed, including basic food handling and preparation
Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling to keep the workspace tidy and compliant with sanitation regulations
Adhere to all safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation

Skills

Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards in a restaurant or hotel environment
Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is preferred, especially with food handling and serving duties
Familiarity with kitchen operations, including basic food preparation and cooking processes
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary staff and front-of-house teams
Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably
Knowledge of health regulations related to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
