Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Fuel Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves safely transporting fuel to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the highest safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, familiarity with heavy equipment, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in commercial driving and heavy equipment operation to contribute to a vital part of our operations.

Responsibilities

Operate fuel trucks safely and efficiently to deliver fuel to designated sites
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment
Load and unload fuel using appropriate equipment, including forklifts if necessary
Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
Follow all safety protocols and transportation regulations at all times
Perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting, including automotive repairs when needed
Assist with freight handling and other related duties as required
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries

Skills

Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record
Experience operating heavy equipment, including forklifts and other industrial machinery
Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety standards in fuel transportation
Ability to operate trucks and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Basic automotive repair skills for troubleshooting vehicle issues
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
Ability to work independently and adhere to strict safety guidelines

Pay: $0.20-$0.37 per hour
