Finance Manager

Location: Thunder Bay

About Us:
Toronto Auto Group is a leader in automotive sales innovation, with six dealership locations across Ontario and a growing digital sales platform. Our mission is to provide customers with a seamless and efficient car-buying experience by combining cutting-edge technology, outstanding customer service, and accessible financing options.

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to work directly with customers to handle all aspects of the sales and financing process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

Engage directly with online leads, providing a seamless car-buying experience from the first inquiry to final purchase.
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget, leveraging the digital inventory platform (needacar.ca).
Build rapport with customers to establish trust and confidence in the buying process.

Finance:

Guide customers through the financing process, from application to approval.
Work with various financial institutions and platforms (DealerTrack, AutoCorp, etc.) to secure approvals and structure deals.
Present financing options clearly, ensuring customers understand the terms and feel confident in their decisions.

Deal Management:

Process and finalize deals efficiently while ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with OMVIC and other regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the Virtual Sales Consultant (AI) to prioritize leads and ensure a timely follow-up on potential deals.
Manage trade-ins and assess their impact on deal structuring.

Customer Service:

Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
Maintain an exceptional level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and financing journey.

Ideal Candidate

Experience:

3+ years of experience in automotive sales or finance, with a proven track record of closing deals.
Strong knowledge of auto financing processes, including credit application submission and deal structuring.

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using CRMs, finance platforms (e.g., DealerTrack), and digital sales tools.
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple deals simultaneously.

Personal Attributes:

Self-starter with a passion for customer service and sales.
Results-driven and committed to closing deals efficiently.
Comfortable working with team members in a fast-paced environment.
