Job Title: Press Operator Reports to: Production Supervisor (or Shift Lead for Afternoons)
This shift is Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm.
Overview:
The Press Operator is an hourly member of the Production Associate Team. This position is a crucial role in the manufacturing process and requires exceptional attention to detail to accurately produce quality parts.
Responsibilities:
● Operate Manual and Automatic Presses
● Load/Unload product from Kiln as needed.
● Aid in process improvements and troubleshooting as required.
● Able to safely troubleshoot common equipment malfunctions
● Able to identify and correct quality defects
● Participation in 5S teams for each department.
● Operate machinery in a safe manner at all times.
● Abide by all company rules at all times.
● Other Duties as required.
Qualifications:
● Must have reliable attendance.
● Accuracy, attention to detail and good communication skills.
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Good interpersonal and reporting skills (written and oral).
● Team player but can also work independently. ● Ability to be on their feet for the entire shift.
● Must have reliable transportation.

Requirements:
- Ability to read weights and measure to perform machine operations. Ability to write measurements on equipment. Ability to operate basic hand tools such as hammers and wrenches.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time standing up and walking. Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.

Pay: $21.93-$23.18 per hour
