Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Live-in Housekeeper / Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxurious Bed & Breakfast located in. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and property management to provide exceptional service in a high-end environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property's cleanliness, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing various operational tasks to uphold the B&B’s standards of excellence.

Duties

Perform comprehensive cleaning and custodial duties across guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces, ensuring a pristine environment at all times.
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, providing personalized service to enhance their experience.
Oversee property maintenance, coordinate repairs, and liaise with vendors as needed to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
Assist with meal preparation and serving when required, supporting the hospitality aspect of the B&B.
Maintain inventory of supplies, linens, and amenities, restocking as necessary to meet guest needs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including industrial cleaning standards when applicable.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling housekeeping duties and managing guest requests efficiently.
Provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

Experience

Prior experience in cleaning services, hotel operations, or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
Experience with industrial cleaning or custodial work is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and professionalism.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a live-in capacity.

This role requires a proactive individual committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service in a luxury setting. Candidates should possess relevant experience in cleaning or hospitality environments and demonstrate excellent organizational skills to succeed in this dynamic position.
