We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join our Toronto office! This hybrid role combines strategic executive support with workplace operations leadership, serving as a trusted partner to two Vice Presidents while creating an exceptional employee experience for our Toronto team.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys balancing executive priorities with the day-to-day management of a dynamic office. This individual will be a positive reflection of eBay's culture and values, interacting regularly with leaders across the company, employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.

What You Will Accomplish:
Executive Assistant (50%)
Provide strategic administrative support to one Vice President, helping improve efficiency, productivity, and alignment with business priorities.
Manage complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings while exercising sound judgment, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and executive events.
Prepare and manage confidential materials, maintaining the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
Manage and reconcile expense reports, purchase requisitions, and other administrative processes.
Build effective working relationships with senior leaders, partners, customers, vendors, and stakeholders across the organization.
Anticipate executive and team needs, proactively finding opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Provide back-up support to members of the broader administrative team as needed.
Office Manager (50%)
Serve as a primary point of contact for the Toronto office, ensuring a welcoming, productive, and engaging workplace environment.
Take the lead on supporting the development of a positive, collaborative office culture that reflects eBay's values and supports employee connection and engagement.
Coordinate office events, team celebrations, community activities, and employee engagement programs.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including workspace readiness and office orientation.
Support executive visits, team offsite meetings and other special events held in the office.
Identify opportunities to enhance workplace efficiency, employee experience, and operational effectiveness.
Partner with Workplace, HR, IT, Security, and Facilities teams to support office initiatives and employee experience programs.
Monitor office budgets, invoices, and operational expenses.
What You Will Bring:
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Workplace Experience, or similar role.
Experience supporting Vice President-level or senior executive leadership.
Experience managing office operations or workplace programs in a corporate environment.
Event planning and employee engagement experience.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Passion for creating an exceptional employee and workplace experience.

Genuine curiosity about the business and a desire to understand how teams operate and succeed.

Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and ways of working.
Additional Details
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
C$44,800 - C$59,800
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
