About Us
We are a leadership development company that uses cleaning as our training ground to reveal human potential. Through our structured Rise + Shine Leadership Pathway, we actively coach front-line team members into tomorrow's leaders. "Just" is a dirty word here—no one is just a cleaner. We are looking for a grounded, hands-on manager to step into the field, stabilize our team culture, and build a daily standard of deep trust and accountability.
The Mission of This Role
Your job is to run our Rise + Shine training program, eliminate guesswork from our quality standards, and coach our senior "Mentors" to successfully develop the team members behind them. This is a hybrid role. You will start close to the work, cleaning alongside the team to master our standards and build genuine trust with the staff. Once you steady the field culture, you will transition into full operational management and training ownership.
"We can teach the craft, but we can't teach the heart." We are hiring for high emotional intelligence, operational discipline, and exceptional people-management skills—not your innate ability to use a mop.
Who You Are
You are the perfect blend of deep empathy and unyielding operational discipline. You thrive in motion, command respect instantly, and find your ultimate joy in watching other people succeed.
- An Unmovable Standard-Bearer: You are deeply compassionate, but you do not compromise on expectations. You manage by clear, objective data and scorecards, completely neutralizing drama and subjective judgment.
- A Master of De-escalation: You possess a high level of calm under pressure and don't take other people's moods personally. When tension bubbles up, you intercept it with absolute poise and redirect it toward the work.
- Courageously Curious & Adaptable: You don't wait for a perfect plan to act; if a process is heavy or half-formed, you wrestle it into shape. You are a lifelong learner fascinated by how Emotional Intelligence drives elite team performance.
- Your Background: You have a proven track record managing front-line service personnel in high-volume, high-standard environments. You likely have experience as a Luxury Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor, Assistant Executive Housekeeper, retail shift manager, or high-volume hospitality/healthcare supervisor.
YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
- A Systems-Driven Background: Your track record comes from a frontline service operation that takes training seriously—such as luxury hotel housekeeping, franchise cleaning, or systems-driven environments like Chick-fil-A or Cava. Titles don't matter to us; your results do.
- Program Optimization: You have optimized an onboarding or training program before—taking a process that was heavy or half-built and making it lean, clear, and effective.
- Infrastructure Building: You know how to build the scaffolding—the materials, routines, and feedback loops—so that training standards hold up perfectly even when you aren't in the room.
- Coaching the Coaches: You have a history of helping other trainers or team leaders get better at their craft, meaning someone at your last job is a better teacher today because of you.
What You'll Get From Us
- Real Financial Growth: A starting base of $25.00/hour, scaling up to $28.00/hour as your scope expands into full ownership.
- Quality of Life: A predictable, daytime schedule (primarily Monday–Friday) that lets you leave the brutal weekend/holiday grinds of traditional hospitality behind.
- A Culture of Growth: Professional development support and weekly feedback loops designed to develop who you are becoming, not just track what you did today.
This Role is NOT for You If...
- Feedback feels like criticism to you instead of a tool for growth.
- You want a passive desk job where you can completely clock out and ignore team dynamics.
- "Good enough" is an acceptable standard for you.
- You struggle to hold uncomfortable boundaries or find yourself avoiding hard conversations.
