Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Server/Kitchen Helper to join our vibrant restaurant team. This role is vital in providing excellent food service and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction. Whether you are experienced in serving or eager to learn, this position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the hospitality sector. Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests with professionalism and friendliness, ensuring a positive dining experience
Assist in food preparation and meal assembly under the guidance of kitchen staff
Support cooking tasks as needed, including basic food handling and safety procedures
Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
Help with kitchen organization, including dishwashing, utensil cleaning, and stock replenishment
Follow all food safety standards and hygiene protocols to ensure quality service
Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and attentive service during busy hours

Requirements

Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and basic meal preparation techniques is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude toward guests and team members
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends or evenings if needed
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform kitchen duties safely
