Prime Windows and Doors is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled Lead Window & Door Installer to join our team in the Belleville area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and values customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation, repair, and servicing of windows and doors. You must have strong carpentry skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove and replace residential windows and doors with precision
- Perform accurate final measurements for installations
- Install trim, wood moldings, and complete related carpentry tasks
- Fabricate and install aluminum capping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers to ensure a positive experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience installing windows and doors
- Solid carpentry skills, with experience in both interior and exterior finishing
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our Belleville shop
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Must pass a background check
- Valid Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$32.90 per hour
