The Role: What You’ll Own
You’ll act as a key connector across customers, sales, and operations, ensuring orders move seamlessly from inquiry- quote -delivery - follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Sales Support
- Manage a high-volume shared inbox and customer communication channels (email + phone)
- Prepare and manage quotes for equipment, parts, and services
- Support the full order lifecycle from initial inquiry through to delivery and post-sale follow-up
- Partner closely with sales to ensure accurate pricing, timelines, and execution
- Build long-term relationships through responsive, solutions-focused service
- Handle escalations, returns, and issue resolution with a customer-first mindset
Operations & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight and shipment logistics
- Obtain shipping quotes, book carriers, and track deliveries
- Prepare orders for dispatch and ensure documentation accuracy
- Liaise with warehouse teams to support efficient fulfillment
- Maintain visibility across order status and proactively communicate updates
Systems, Process & Administration
- Maintain accurate records across CRM (HubSpot) and ERP systems
- Support accounts receivable (payments, follow-ups, credit processes)
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization
- Act as a key internal liaison between sales, operations, and customers
- Take initiative on new challenges including product sourcing and problem-solving
What You Bring
Experience & Background
- 4–8+ years in:
- Sales support / inside sales
- Customer service in a B2B industrial environment
- Operations, logistics, or order coordination
- Experience managing quotes, orders, and customer accounts end-to-end
- Background in one of the following industries is highly valued:
- Heavy equipment
- Mining / oil & gas services
- Construction
- Industrial distribution
- Manufacturing
Technical & Functional Strengths
- Familiarity with CRM / ERP systems (HubSpot, SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong understanding of order processing, logistics, and fulfillment workflows
- High attention to detail with strong data accuracy
