Westline Ford is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership team. In this role, you will be the face of Westline Ford, engaging with retail customers and local businesses (B2B) to manage your sales pipeline and deliver an exceptional, hassle-free buying experience. Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome showroom guests, handle inbound phone/internet leads, and network within the local community to build a robust pipeline.
- Product Expertise: Conduct professional product presentations and test drives to highlight Ford’s cutting-edge technology, safety features, and "Built Ford Tough" capabilities.
- Deal Structuring: Work transparently with customers and our finance team to negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing options to close deals efficiently.
- Relationship Building: Provide top-tier customer service before, during, and long after the sale to build a loyal client base and secure repeat referrals.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, organized records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and daily sales activities using our dealership CRM tools.
- Value-Added Selling: Assist customers in protecting their investment by presenting additional options like extended warranties, service plans, and official Ford accessories.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with sales managers, finance specialists, and our service department to hit monthly targets and uphold Westline Ford’s high standards of excellence.
Requirements
- Sales Experience: Previous automotive retail sales experience is a major asset, but we highly value successful backgrounds in retail, hospitality, or B2B sales.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, confident phone etiquette, and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse client groups.
- Drive & Motivation: A strong work ethic with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning dealership CRM systems and presenting high-tech vehicle features (infotainment, driver-assist tech) to customers.
- Professionalism: A professional appearance, positive attitude, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record are required.
- Bonus Points: Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish or other locally spoken languages) is a huge plus to help us better serve our community!
