Reporting to the Sr. Fixed Maintenance Planner, the Maintenance Parts Coordinator is responsible for the timely pickup, delivery, and distribution of parts, materials, tools, and supplies required to support maintenance activities. This role ensures the right parts are available at the right time, maintains accurate inventory records, and works closely with suppliers, technicians, and internal departments to minimize downtime and support efficient operations.

Schedule: Two (2) Weeks On – Two (2) Weeks Off Rotation

Responsibilities:
- Transport urgent or critical parts to support maintenance and repair activities.

Receive, verify, and organize maintenance materials.

Track and expedite backordered or delayed parts to meet operational needs.

Source parts from approved vendors and obtain competitive pricing when required

Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and inventory documentation.

Collaborate with technicians, mechanics, and service teams to identify parts requirements.

Maintain Control of maintenance materials with documentation and organization.

Inspect delivered materials for damage and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.

Pick up and deliver parts, materials, tools, and supplies for maintenance personnel

Return defective, excess, or incorrect materials to the warehouse and assist in identifying correct items

Maintain company vehicles in clean and safe operating condition.

Follow all company safety policies, transportation regulations, and safe driving practices.

Demonstrate effective safety leadership by addressing and enforcing BW Golds safety standards, procedures, and safety systems.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in parts coordination, inventory management, purchasing, or a related role.

Knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes.

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience using inventory management, ERP, or purchasing software.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Ability to obtain equipment operator certifications

May be required to maintain a clean-shaven appearance (i.e. no facial hair) to ensure the safe and effective use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) associated with assigned duties.

Ability to work at a remote location camp on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation

Comfortable working and living in close quarters with the team

Ability to maintain high levels of performance over 12-hour shift
