Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eyelash extensions and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty of our clients through expert application of eyelash extensions while also contributing to a positive retail environment.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications tailored to individual client preferences and needs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and ensuring their comfort during appointments.
Assist with front desk operations, including booking appointments, managing client records, and handling inquiries.
Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling products related to eyelash care and maintenance.
Build lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up services.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to enhance service offerings.

Skills

Proficient in eyelash extension application techniques with a keen eye for detail.
Strong retail sales experience, with the ability to upsell products effectively.
Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
Front desk experience is preferred, demonstrating organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
