Join Canada's Leading Low-Speed Vehicle Manufacturer

Simolo Customs Ltd. is seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused customer and office coordinator to join our team in Spallumcheen, BC.

As the first point of contact for customers, dealers, suppliers, and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience while helping keep our office and operations running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in being organized and detail-oriented. You will report to the office manager and support the service department.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Greet customers, dealers, suppliers, and visitors
Manage incoming emails and customer inquiries
Process sales paperwork and vehicle documentation
Assist with customer communication and follow-up
Schedule deliveries, service appointments, and meetings
Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
Prepare invoices and assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
Coordinate shipping, freight, and courier arrangements across Canada
Arrange logistics for vehicle deliveries and shipments
Maintain office filing systems and general organization
Support the sales, service, and management teams with administrative tasks
Order and manage office supplies
Gather customer information and perform basic troubleshooting before escalating technical issues to the service department
Assist with various day-to-day office operations

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional phone and email etiquette
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable learning new software and systems
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Experience with invoicing, bookkeeping, or office administration is considered an asset
Experience in the automotive, powersports, RV, marine, manufacturing, or related industries is an asset but not required
