Our Fine Dining Servers create thoughtful, personalized experiences through polished service, strong menu knowledge and careful attention to detail. Successful candidates understand that excellent service is not simply about following steps—it is about reading each table, recognizing individual preferences and knowing when to engage, when to provide space and when a guest may need something before they ask.
Professionalism, personality and sound judgment are essential to this position.
Previous fine-dining experience and knowledge of elevated service techniques are valuable assets; however, we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a polished presence, strong work ethic and genuine desire to learn.
Staff accommodation may be available in shared double rooms at a rate of $125 bi-weekly for full-time Sparkling Hill Resort employees working 40 hours per week.
