LEAD Window Film Installer
We are seeking a permanent, full-time Window Film Installer to install architectural window film throughout the Okanagan and BC Interior.
We are an authorized dealer of 3M solar control, security, and decorative films in the region, supplying and installing:

- 3M Security Films
- 3M Fasara Decorative Films

We are looking for a long-term team member who is interested in developing their skills, growing with the company, and taking on increasing responsibility. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and aptitude for film installation.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, approximately 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hours may vary depending on season and project demands
- Occasional weekend work may be required, but is not typical
- Work is year-round, with higher volume in summer and reduced hours in winter (averaging full-time annually)
Compensation
- $28–$35/hour, depending on experience
Experience, Skills & Requirements
- Must be personable and professional (work is performed in client homes and businesses)
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (driver’s abstract required)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check for government projects
- Previous window film experience is an asset, but not required (training provided)
- Experience in automotive tint, painting, or graphics installation is beneficial
- Comfortable working at heights
- Willingness to work occasional long or irregular hours when required
- Strong personal hygiene and professional presentation
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Driving a company vehicle to job sites throughout the BC Interior (Kelowna, Vernon, Penticton, Osoyoos, Kamloops, etc.)
- Preparing and cleaning glass for film installation
- Installing architectural window film
- Measuring and optimizing film usage to reduce waste
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and shop organization
- Registering 3M film warranties
- Managing inventory and film organization in the shop
- Collecting payments from clients when required
- Setting up and dismantling scaffolding
- Working safely from ladders and extension ladders
- Collaborating with a teammate on most installations (ability to work well in a two-person team or independently is essential)
