We help BC homeowners understand their energy options and determine whether solutions like solar, battery storage and other home energy upgrades make sense for their property.
As electricity demand grows and more homeowners adopt EVs, heat pumps and other electric technologies, the way homes produce, store and use energy is changing.
We're looking for someone who wants to build a serious career at the intersection of sales, technology and renewable energy.
The Opportunity
Our field sales team generates qualified homeowner consultations throughout Greater Victoria.
As a Renewable Energy Consultant, you'll meet directly with homeowners, understand their energy needs and guide them through their options.
This is a consultative, high-ticket sales role.
You'll be responsible for:
- Conducting in-home renewable energy consultations
- Reviewing homeowner electricity usage and future energy needs
- Educating homeowners on solar and battery storage
- Presenting customized system designs
- Explaining project economics and financing options
- Helping homeowners understand whether renewable energy makes sense for their property
- Answering questions and overcoming objections
- Closing qualified opportunities
- Managing follow-up with prospective customers
- Supporting customers as their project moves toward installation
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development
Our goal isn't to sell solar to every homeowner we meet.
It's to understand their situation, educate them properly and recommend a solution when it makes sense.
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity with no base salary.
Your income is directly tied to your results, with significant upside for high performers.

You do not need previous solar experience.
