About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in managing their own workload, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering reliable, high-quality service.

You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining irrigation systems across an established customer portfolio, working independently while representing the company in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the service portfolio.
Service, troubleshoot, repair and maintain irrigation systems to a high standard.
Build and maintain positive, professional customer relationships.
Plan, organise and manage daily workloads effectively.
Accurately complete job notes, service reports and administrative documentation.
Maintain detailed records of work completed, materials used, and follow-up actions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
Ensure all work is completed with strong attention to detail and within scheduled timeframes.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Irrigation Service Technician role.
CIT Level One and Level Two certifications (required).
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
High level of accuracy in note-taking and administrative tasks.
Ability to work confidently and efficiently independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, professional, and self-motivated work ethic.

Desirable Attributes

Experience managing a regular service schedule or customer base.
Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing workloads.
Pride in workmanship and professional presentation.
